It's a terrible feeling when something bad is happening to someone you know, if even only trough the Internet, and you know there is nothing you can do to help.

My good friend Denise from Jackson, Mississippi, whom to I have dedicated some of my previous posts, has been evicted for not being able to pay the rent. Have you got a spare buck? Send it over to Denise, please! She needs it badly and deserves any single penny of it. Not only she's a social worker, but she also is a mother, a scholar, a blogger and, least but not last, a cat lover.

Please help however you can!
